1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only if:
The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper installation.
Items without original packaging or missing accessories.
Clearance or sale items marked “Non-Returnable.”
3. Return Process
Contact Us Email us at ankityadav3051@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, reason for return, and photographs of the product (if damaged or defective).
Approval & Shipping Once your return request is approved, we will provide return shipping instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Inspection & Refund Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via your original payment method.
4. Refunds for Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost or provide a full refund, including shipping charges.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace a product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
